Humans crave connection, ambiance, and the little luxuries that make life rich. Magnolia Bistro had the menu & the atmosphere, but no online presence to attract their people. We collaborated to bottle up their charm and uncork it on the web, making it easy for seekers to uncover their next hidden gem to wine and dine.g

The challenge

Create a full brand identity, strategic copy, and a website that is a reflection of the bistro itself — where guests can easily explore menus, discover events, make reservations and savor the visuals that make them want to experience the restaurant for themselves.

The inspiration

The direction

Creative Direction: Magnolia Bistro has an energy that celebrates the finer things in life. Mid Century-Glam expresses a revival from an outdated style, mirroring its new life under new management.

Color palette: Neutral whites & creams, deep green, metallic gold, stained teak

Typography: A neutral customized serif font will be used to create a premium, yet familiar feel for the brand logo. Accent script is used to bring an elevated and luxe twist to an otherwise plain and serious font.

Photography Style: candid, casual, indulgent lifestyle

Textures: Metallic gold, mirror, glass, leather, luxe fabrics (suede, velvet), teak wood
